Wont go into details, just thought I'd throw an update on here while my regular deals site *cough*FW*cough* is down...
Picked up the 200GB in 160GB packaging at CC and managed to get the PM to Sams. Final total approximately $50 after rebates.
Very pleased. Already have over half a TB (~650GB)...
Thanks. I've got a couple of tweeters that have been waiting to be put in some speakers. I ordered six (6) so I could make tower speakers with three of those in each.
Shipping was only $10 so my total was ~$40 shipped. :)
Well, my roomate has Sprint and his phone doesn't get good reception in my apartment, but my (and my fiance's) Samsung N400 gets perfect reception throughout the whole building. One note, I dropped mine on the road and it got a nasty dent in the front (outside of the flip part that holds the...
Looks like a pretty decent site, but they don't have much for my Samsung N-400. I may be interested in a leather case or such, but all they have is the basics (ie. chargers and clip)
Please don't flame if you've seen better deals. I am not extremely knowledgable in the realm of cell phones, but this seemed pretty sweet.
Circuit City has the Samsung N400 FAR ($180 of rebates) so I took the ad to the Sprint kiosk.
The Sprint guy (at a kiosk in the mall) called his manager and...
I used my Zaurus for a few days with the standard software and, although I see a LOT of room for improvement when comparing the standard applications to palm software, I like it.
After using the standard ROM for a few days, I flashed it with Open Zaurus. That was super easy. Open Zaurus is...
FYI, this is the response I got from USPS to my complaint about their pitiful tracking system:
Your Delivery Confirmation number will tell you when the item is mailed and when it is delivered at the destination, but does not provide tracking while the item is in transit. Enroute scans, if they...
FYI, we've been looking for a hot deal on Wireless Access Points for a while now since we already had a router that we love and it seems that setting up a wirelss router behind a normal router has some problems. We've found that wireless routers are actually cheaper than WAPs. We ended up just...
I didn't. I plugged in the wireless card, set my SSID and WEP settings (note that I'm using 64bit encryption on my WAN and the only options in the Zaurus were 48bit and 128bit. 48bit worked for me).
FYI, I bought the Ambicom 802.11b from CompUSA ($30 AR) and it worked just fine after I set the SSID and WEP.
I did notice that the only options in the Zaurus were 48bit and 128bit. I was worried it wouldn't work with my 64bit encryption, but apparently it's the same as 48bit...at least it...
Just got mine a few minutes ago. First thing I did was pull it out of the box, put in the battery, and plug it in to start charging. They say you need to charge it for 24 hours before running it.
I'm wondering, though, if I could run it off of AC power before then. I'm thinking that when it's...
Well, I talked to them today and they assured me that it WAS shipped out on the 18th and it was just USPS's stupid system that was saying they got it on the 19th. I'm expecting/hoping to receive it tomorrow. I live in Nashville, TN so we'll see.
Would love to hear from some of ya'll who have...
It's showing shipped on HSN and entering the tracking number on the USPS websites gives me:
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on March 19, 2003 to expect your package for mailing. Status is updated every evening. Please check again later...
Thanks for the heads up on the article. I love 2600. :) I know the risks involved. The laws are so very vague when it comes to this sort of thing that it's scary. I understand there's a federal law that actually says it's illegal to OWN materials that COULD be used to gain unauthorized access...
