d-sub is the old analog vga technology. I would not buy a LCD monitor without a DVI connector. NG

About to pull the trigger on the Avidav 17" lcd. But I am not sure about the panel. Is this a 6 or 8 bit panel? Also NewEgg says 16ms but the Jetway-Avidav site says 12ms? NewEgg Link For $220 shipped at Zipzoomfly I could not find a 17" LCD with DVI for cheaper. Thanks, NG
