Ok. It's my turn then... I had the soft reboot issue around 220Mhz, but now with 0402 it is gone up to 264Mhz. I reached 250Mhz with vdimm at 1.9 and memory at DDR-533 and 264Mhz with vdimm at 1.95 and memory at DDR-400. HT multiplier in both cases was 3x. So it is still not perfect BIOS...
