I got nothing for that. However, I would recommend Gentoo if you are comfortable with Linux (it compiles the kernal specifically for your machine) or SuSE for a basic Linux install. The SuSE iguana is just too awesome.

I've got the best Socket 478 motherboard ever made, the ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe (I wasn't kidding). I update some of the chipset drivers from Intel (for the 875P chipset), but I still can't find these motherboard drivers everyone is talking about.

Well, I've done just about everything I could do. I reinstalled using the basic Forceware drivers, turned of VSYNC, set it to performance image quality, oc'ed it, and I'm not getting it above 1433. I'm fresh out of ideas.

Kensai - 512 is more than enough to run HL2 (maybe not Doom 3, but I don't plan on playing it). The Canterwood 2.4 GHz is one of the most easily overclockable (if not THE most) P4. Plus, 3DMark05 is totally reliant on your GPU, so it wouldn't matter what the rest of the system is.
