without making YANBT.... can anyone comment on the utility of higher res screens with netbooks? does 1366 x 768 really make a big enough difference to be worth it? not necessarily for HD video or anything, just screen real estate. afaik only the dell 10 and hp mini 2140 even make the high...

not a hullucination, my e8400 did the same thing. for whatever reason the bios will say 9.5x, but it will only be 9x in windows. many other people have reported the same thing. just a bios bug.

Yep. .13 bios has limited OC (725/760). I flashed to .08 and am at 735/800 now. anything past 800 immediately gives artifacts though.

got evga from newegg last night. seems to top out at 725/760 using coolbits (won't pass the "test" any higher)...haven't tried any other tools yet

FYI...i bought this yesterday @ the 181 price. Just saw the stickied thread (updated today) w/the coupon code to bring it down an addtional $10. Did online chat, and the rep credited me the $10. Newegg kicks ass.

Well I actually went ahead and removed then reglued the two pads that were a bit off center of the ram they were supposed to cover. I don't think that alone would have been the culprit, but after doing so, I'm now stable at 610/610...3d05 score bumped up to 6900. yippee.
