I have MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum PCB ver 1. When i connect an ultra 400w 24 pin into my motherboard the chipset & cpu fan turn on. However when i connect the 4 pin 12V for the cpu i get this repeating 1 beep. Is this a memory problem or CPU. This is my power supply...
