Is 80 degrees celsius to hot for my 9800xt when idle?

wow......... I took the side of my case off and stuck a floor fan right next to it aiming inside the case and kind of at the video card. Now instead of a constant 80, I get a constant 77.... I have a feeling this calls for water cooling.... yes? no? ideas?

    CPU Usage WAY TOO HIGH!!!!!

my power supply is 430 watt antec true power. That slot cooler looks pretty cool. I will definitely try that to warmup my vid card. Do you think that is the solution for my CPU Usage issue? If it isn't, at least it covers my heat problem. Thanks

I don't know too much about cooling, but I have an Ahanix case with a temperature on the front of the air inside. The case is constantly around 27 or 28 degrees celsius.

Is 80 degrees celsius to hot for my 9800xt when idle?

my question is what the message title basically is. Doing practically nothing, my 9800xt is running at 80 degrees celsius... What should I do to cool if it you think it is too hot or if you don't think it is too hot then what do you think is too hot?
