Well, like my NT4 came with and like yu can make with Win2000 pro........there's (4) floppies one can use to bootup for console type repairs or alot of other things like "fixboot" and etc.
Very handy if the only option yu end up with is access to a floppie drive.
Thats the reason for the question.
The making of a repair disk isn't where Win2000 was and how do i make the (4) boot floppies that w2k had and need if I can't get to restore in my C/Pnl.
Thx
Nope, what i mean is;
while and during the install, it ask for my name and password...well, i gave it a screwie name and no password cause i'm admin anyway. there isn't any guests or other profiles...just me.
I would like to chg the name.
Thx
<< After I reinstalled XP, I'm getting two entries for XP on a system with win98 on C.
Tried editting boot.ini, but it didn't work.
Is there any way to delete 1 entry for XP?
Thanks. >>

Win2000 with IE6 locks up and have to re-boot while just surfing page by page here or anywhere?? I have Abit be6-II with all bios updates and MS patches and card drivers. I thought it might have been the IE6 but going back to IE5.5 didn't fix anything......(also just thought about this), It's on...
I'm going to order a couple sticks of:
