alright dude... I have the same model number but is an EVGA. Huh, oh well. I put in some 533 ram instead of my 800 and it posted no problem. Then changed the memory voltage settings from auto(1.8) to 2.1. I then shut her down put my 800 ocz platinum memory back in and it's all good dude...

No kidding!!!! I spent last night in same exact situation with the same board??? We were pulling our hair out at the same time!!!
