thnx for ur help.... problem was solved by formatting and re-installing win-xp-sp2-32bit cpu % is now normal (burning dvd + moving data from c > d & e > d & f > d + watching movies - all at same time) and cpu is only 0% 1% or 2% data transfer rate also improved and moving data to C (5GB)...
