Well one question that I have is why does the board act "somewhat" normal with the jumper in the 100 mhz position and not the default position. And I can still set the fsb to whatever I want in the BIOS, even with the jumper in the 100 mhz position.

Yeah, I thought about that too. I could see that maybe causing the problem I had at first, but why would changing the FSB fix a power problem. But you are right, low power has cause problems in some of my other setups in the past.

I don't really have a budget. I just want something to boost my framerates, I will probably sell it to a friend in a month or two when I move out into the county. That is why I am really not looking to upgrade the mobo, cpu, ram, ps, and so on.
