My Samsung BD-C6500 will no longer load blu-ray disks --- will load & play non-blu-ray. I updated the firmware, but still having problem. What causes player to revert to non-blu-ray only? P.S. It will play non-blu-ray DVDs perfectly. Load fast & play with clarity.
