I had my brother get me an MSI K7T 266 Pro2-A with a retail XP1700 from Fry's a while ago. They were out of the 1700, so they gave me a retail 1800. All for $100. You might watch the Fry's ads for a deal like that and then sell the CPU if you don't need it.

I picked up an Apex AD-1500 at CompUSA a couple weeks ago. $85 out the door with free Lord of the Rings. We'll see if the $20 rebate comes or not. After a quick flash, it's region and Macrovision free. If you go for an AD-1500, check the serial number to make sure you can flash it.
