i have a pretty close setup as yours but i was under the impression that when you set the divider to DDR333, it is actually doing 4/5. am i wrong? is it 5/6 or 4/5?
btw, Reblion, try uping the Vdimm and/or Vcore when you get stuck.
i have that board and i do use the setting. heres the deal.
when i oc my 2.4 to 3.2 my games will crash after 10 mins. after i up the vddq i can oc to 3.5 and stable.
I think thats the juice for the ram on the videocard. my processor speed will go up more if the p4c800-deluxe would let me...
Don't do Aeroflow, ur computer won't get much cooler than ur stock.
i know, i "had" one. Aeroflow throws the BS about its design and material. After all, ONLY the core is copper, it is aluminum.

ATI stock cooling with OC: 310/280 before showing artifacts.
ATI w/ iceberq cooling with OC: 350/330 before showing artifacts.

I have Corsair Hydrocool for my system. Idle 28/ full load 36.
I can boot my 2.4C around 3.1 with relaxed timings with my hyperx PC3200. 2-4-4-7.
However, when i try higher speed such as up to 3.3+ my computer boots into windows but freezes when i run wc3 replay 8x for a min or 2.

i got kingston hyperx pc3200 and currently i'm running 416.6 on it with 2-4-4-7. this pair i have is rated at 2-2-2-6 but i can't get anywhere pass 400 with that timing unless i relax the timings. but i think 2-4-4-7 is not bad.
