The problem is Win XP uses an older more slow method of sharing than Windows 8.1 .Just move all your stuff to OneDrive And Use That Cuz Win 8 Will Never Work With Network Sharing Like XP Did

The possible problem is the background is to high res. Try using the original background (windows logo)

Im on OEM rom and factory resetted and it still hangs. Its my second phone for emergencys but i dont want it to hang in an emergency

Are you people joking me? Windows 8 costs $35-$180. You can get it cheap. Or I Would reccomend steam os for gaming, ubuntu works pretty nice also. You could try getting windows xp. Its Like A Fiver And Runs Games Like Gta 3 At 1000fps on 800mhz 1core 212mb ram pc.
