I feel like a moron becasuse when i run half life i can only get 60 fps on a Aopen geforce3 ti200 with 128 ddr. I am using the the 29.42 driver on windows xp. I have tried taking off vertical sync on openGL off and i only get 70 fps. I have tried running Refreshlock, but i only get like 72...

this may sound retarded, but does xp or any windows os limit the fps, cause thats what my friend told me. if so, let me know how to unlock it cause i get 60 fps max runnung half life, and i should be getting more. i just wanna maximize what i have ya know?
