When I say the core voltage is at 1.5V I do mean the value the hardware monitor gives out, not the value that it is set at. Regardless of how I try setting the voltage (jumpers or BIOS), it just always stays at about 1.5.
The fact that it initially boots at 9 x 100 is probably the way...

Did some more experimenting and found out that I could get the CPU up to 1150 MHz as long as I keep the FSB at 100. As soon as I try to set the FSB to 133 it stops working, even 6.5 x 133 = 866 does not work!
Also, I still can't get the core voltage set to anything else but 1.5V...

I've just bought an Asus AV7133 with a Thunderbird 1200 GHz 266 FSB and I think I'm having problems with the core voltage.
When I first booted up the system, it came up at 900 MHz (9 x 100). I then went into the BIOS and set the FSB to 133. Unfortunately this resulted into a siren sound...
