Does anyone know of a cheap yet good Windows 2000 hosting provider?

I have a large number of users who have accidentally installed Blubster (http://www.blubster.com) on their computer. However attempts at removing the program through Add/ Remove programs or Ad-Aware fail. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can remove this program?

Sadly Dixiesys doesn't offer ASP.NET and from what I gather they don't plan of either
