There might be a program to flash the bios on the cd it came with, or you can download that Phoenix Award BIOS flash tool from their site. You will need to have a bootdisk though as the program needs to be run from dos. A new bios won't fix your problem imo.
I bought 2x Leadtek 6800GT's and had the same problem, except it occured all the time, even in the bios and while in dos. I have returned the cards and I'm waiting to get some replacements this week.
I recieved 2 LeadTek 6800 GT's today, slapped them in and got insane graphical corruption as they warmed up. Post screen was initially fine but by the time I was in windows there were artifacts everywhere, rebooted and couldn't even read the post screen. All the text was just random ascii...
I got my board from microdirect and I'm not having that problem with the 2 graphics cards. I have an Enermax 600W as well. Everything with regards to power is working ok. I did have wierd distortion in the graphics when running the cards in SLi, but they're going back cause they're the wrong...
Doh. Someone has to get on their case about this, its a really n00bish thing to have left out of the bios options. Oh well, time to play the waiting game I guess.
