Question USB thumbdrive (64GB and larger), format to FAT32

Good morning from a lurker. I have a colleague trying to format 64GB USB thumbdrives to FAT32 on a Windows10 laptop. He's using the PowerShell command: format /FS:FAT32 F: It's apparently not working. Is there a way to format to FAT32 without resorting to third-party app? Thanks!

Your neighbor is on a sexual offenders list, how would you deal with this situation?

If sexual offender = molested a child, raped someone, exposes themselves, etc then they are history. Disassociate quickly. If sexual offender = got caught peeing in parking lot (to avoid uromysitisis), then laugh it off, share some beers...and keep an eye on my car.

K-pop band BTS forced to join military; SK to lose BILLIONS in tourism dollars because of it.

Most likely they will all be in the KATUSA program...Korean Augmentation to the US Army. It will be a cake walk for them. Work, sleep, and eat with U.S. soldiers. The ROK Army is another story. The ROK Army is a beast they want no part of. Those guys are serious hard core.

Need help cracking an old Mosler combo safe/filing cabinet.

<unlurking> If it's double walled and old...and you don't mind destroying it...then a circular saw will do the trick. Plenty of vids out there showing how. If you want to keep it intact, then find a reputable locksmith. It'll cost a few $, but it will save the safe. <re-lurking>

What is dangerous levels of RF?

    It's non-ionizing radiation. OSHA standards are 10 mW/cm^2. If I'm doing my lurker math right, you're at 3.4 mW/cm^2

    Home winemaking -- anybody else?

I used to be into wine making. Started off with a kit wine...worked my way to buckets of juice from Cali...then went to grapes. I had all the equipment: destemmer/crusher, press, corker, stainless steel vats. It was fun but time consuming...and a mess. I had some good wines and some not so good.

Lost an engine on a flight yesterday

Not an engine failure, but a little unnerving at the time. Went up for a maintenance test flight on an OV-1D Mohawk...I was the ballast in the right seat. The pilot had to shut down the right engine as part of the checkout. It was a little freaky to see the prop not turning when you're high in...

Should I allow my neighbor access to my property to limb up a tree?

OP: Are you on city sewage or septic? If septic, will the "pros" be driving heavy equipment over your drain field? Just one more thing to think about.
