I still haven't decided on the video card but I'm definitely rebuilding. I just got Staples to price match microcenter for an i5-4570 @ 159.99. It took two phone calls (first rep was nice but wouldn't budge) but persistence pays off some times. I'm inclined to just slow play it for a bit and see...
Would it be better to take a nicer 750 TI like this:

For 159.99 AR
or (perceived in my mind anyway) a lesser GTX 660 like this...
The thought of spending money on something that won't be used to its fullest potential just seems off to me. Not sure if my logic is sound but that's my thought anyway.
Also, this is my case:

I probably have an older version...
Thanks to everyone for your input. All things considered, I may just add a bit more cash (or more likely hold off on the new monitor), and do an i5. I don't see my self rebuilding again for another 3 plus years so I'm scared an i3 or fx-6300 may not quite make it.
How about something like...
That's an interesting thought. Would a quad core of that generation really be noticeable over the e8400? Also, would a processor of this generation bottle neck a 760?
Hello all,
I've been away from system building for a while so I was hoping to get some help. My current system is as follows:
Asus P5Q-Pro
8 GB DDR2
E8400 @ 4ghz
Xigmatek 750 Watt Modular PSU
EVGA GTX 470
I don't remember the drive brands / models etc but I have
1 TB Storage and a...
Which is why I said most everything else. IE use CDP to identify the rest. What you have left over narrows your pool of possible devices. Use NMAP to figure out which are Cisco devices. Try to hit a web based interface and see if you get lucky.
I'd probably use NMAP. With that you can at least identify it as a Cisco device. Most everything else Cisco supports CDP so you can use process of elimination to figure out which is the ASA.
Also, once you narrow it down you can just enter the ip address into a browser using https. If the...
It should also be mentioned that putting money down on a lease is bad juju. If you want to reduce your lease payment with extra cash see if they have a multiple security deposit program. Putting money down opens you up to a large loss if the car ends up totalled after you drive it off the lot...
You are correct I am paying for it and I'm good with it. Every car has scheduled service intervals and quite frankly I'm to busy to fight with dealerships about scheduling, a loaner, etc. With my merc I just ring them up and they send a guy to me, drop off my loaner, service my car, and bring it...

However, if you can't tell the difference between driving a civic, camry, etc and driving a benz feel free to get your head examined. I've driven some so/so Audis but I've also driven the new S4 recently and I'm here to tell you its worth every penny. I haven't driven the Q5...
The OP asked for opinions on dealer options not on the Audi he already chose with his wife. If he wants an Audi that's his business. Crapping on his choice of vehicle seems a little immature to me.
Also, for what its worth a modern day luxury car has a lot that a modern day Toyota or Honda...
