I got a P4 2.4b 533mhz and i would like to overclock it so i was just wondering if any of you wizards out there know the safest way to do it without frying everything!

:confused: I got a soyo p41 845PE Lite motherboard running a pentium 4 2.4B 533 mhz with 512 ddr 333 2700 samsung ram and a maxtor 40gig hard drive.I overclocked the cpu in bios and now its running @ 2.8 ghz do i have to do anything else so that i don't blow it up or damage my motherboard...

I reformated my hard drive and reinstalled XP and all i had to do is reregister again and i didn't have any trouble whatsoever! By the way i think i am gone stick with windows pro 2000 i personaly think that xp is the worst operating system ever!
