I have started to switch every thing for now on over to Baystack, Netgear but what can we do to let this company know that there service now a days is crap and should no longer be tolerated by anyone ?

I hope this is in the right forum!!! My experince with 3COM has been a disaster. I have tried to rma 2-NICs since march/00. So far they have sent me bad cards 3 times. All have been scratched, had burned out pulse mods, etc.. I tried to tell them after the 3rd time that I only wanted new cards...
