    Ok, I just re seated my stock cooler and turned my computer back on and it gave me a "overclocking failed" error press f1 for setup.

    Ok it throttled quite a bit on the percentage... and how can i fix or check the voltage to see what it is supposed to be at.

    So, what do you think is going on? My MHz is about like 3000 and my voltage keeps spiking from 0.7 to 1.2 Do you think when I get my new liquid cooling and arctic silver 5 that will do the trick or do you think its something else?

    I meant to say I let it get to 98 then stopped it but it didn't show any throttle percentage..

    Ok I just did a 30 second stress test and it got to 98c then I stopped it. but no throttle percentage...

    What do you mean bad numbers like a false temp sensor. And ok I did a stress test on it yesterday and I hit 90c in like half a second lol When it says its that hot i feel around my heat sink and it honestly doesnt feel that hot

    Sorry, yes I did update my BIOS. No unknown devices and I have all my drivers I hit about 97c installing them lol

    Malwarebytes said 21 threats detected non malware detected and I removed it but temps are still the same. I have clean install of windows 10 also... Maybe mobo is sending false temps or cpu is just bad?
