Thanks for your help guys, I`ve managed to get it sorted now. Just incase your wondering, and I`ve checked what seems like every post on the internet that has anything relating to this. Its your clock speed, change it to >=1300 or whatever the largest option is.

I can do but whatever I change it to causes it to not POST on the next boot :-( Do you know what the manual settings should be?

I have an Abit AT7-RAID motherboard with a AMD 2400+ CPU. Its all been working fine until the weekend when it decided not to post. There were no beeps and nothing on screen. The fans were spinning and the LEDs on the board came on. I had a poke about and reseated the CPU, RAM and did a CMOS...
