The black and greys seem a little dodgy, especially if there's a black background and some grey elements on the screen. Also, I have brightness set to really low and the screen still seems quite bright to me and almost hurts my eyes. I guess that's because I've been staring at the same murky...

Just a quick question: Does anyone know anything about the SyncMaster 961BF? I'm having a hard time finding any reviews about it.

Well, I got the SyncMaster 931C and while it looks nice in games, I'm not overly happy with how it displays movies. I'm not sure if I have it configured correctly because I couldn't find any profiles but I did try to follow the instructions in the first post.

The BenQ was one I had been looking at earlier but it seems relatively cheap. If more money gets me better quality, I'm willing to do it. I wouldn't want to pay much over 400 euros though.

Does anyone know if SyncMaster 931BF is any good for gaming and movies? I'm getting the monitor from a specific shop and they didn't have any of the top ones listed in the first post. :( I'm looking for a 17-19 inch display if anyone has other recommendations. Thanks in advance!
