I have the XFX Radeon hd 6870. I'm running it with a Asus m5a97 r2.0 with an AMD FX-4300 vishera. With my build I can run BF3 on ultra with 70 fps constant and crysis 3 on medium perfectly fine.

I was wondering if you are able to put a PCI express 3.0 x16 video card in a PCI express 2.0 or 2.1 slot? I've asked people before and some say its possible and some say its not possible.

So I just updated to 1.04 patch for Far Cry 3 and now whenever I try to play it goes through all the loading, but before it goes to the main menu it crashes. is anyone else having problems with this?

I don't know why it doesn't work. But I got windows 7 for free so I'm just going to uninstall 8 then install 7 and upgrade to 8.
