I'm wondering if you can play VCD's on a Playstation 2? I made a nudy disc for a buddy of mine on a CDRW and it doesn't seem to work. I know you can play DVD's, so I thought vcd's would work as well. The disc is good, as it will play on my home DVD player. Any input guys?

You do need the Award flash utility. The BIOS also has the latest Highpoint BIOS embedded, so you're also flashing the HPT.

The ALi boards are the ones that suck big time. VIA's KT266 DDR boards all have a major USB issue when boards are clocked above 140MHz FSB. The AMD 760 boards are the less problematic, it's just that you'er limited to 2 DIMM slots. The KT266 would be my first choice if it didn't have the USB...
