Thanks Kent. I'm honestly ok with how my 7970 is running right now. How amazing the experience is, is worth the little bit of lag. Assuming my 290x will be a little better though.

What do you mean by that? Right now I'm running a MSI Radeon 7970 3GB HDMI @ 4k like a gem. I really would find it hard to believe that this card couldn't do the same. It's just odd how they list the Max Res.
