I think best is to buy X700pro, because when you will overclock it, you should have card faster then 9800xt, but you have to pick up best piece for overclocking, good luck ;-)

5900 se is able to overclock well, and in that option it is in some situations up to 50% faster the 5700 ultra, visible difference at first sight, 5900 is perfect and only good line of FX cards in these days, till another pixel shader 3.0 cards will be out there in April :D
