    Athlon cracked core

    i'm surprised it even runs. I've chipped two athlons already and both of them were completely inoperable. The way i chipped my 900mhz athlon sounds the same as what you did, but my 1.2 athlon had the tiniest knick in the corner of the core and refused to work.

    I was wondering how many people here are using this combo, and how high you could get this chip oc'd to. I'm using this combo with Mushkin's High Perf. 256MB pc2100 and my system won't post when i set the FSB past 125. -mInk
