    Best Bang-4-Buck PERFORMANCE - Final O/C'ing results

for gaming, you might as well go a64. I personally end up doing lots of video compression work for a restaurant that i help archive their video files for, adn with HT i am able to use my computer with minimal slowdown while doing all the video work. So for me, even if the video is slower than...

i can fire up IE after connecting to a wifi network without any problems... I have only had to soft-reset mine once, and that was after playing with xCPUscalar and o/cing it. Mike PS. In fact, i just used itask to close everything, then soft-reset hte unit... Immediately connected to my...

    Ipaq H4155, $382.49 @BB B&M, YMMV may be OOS

Ross2k, Hence why I said YMMV ;)... They were willing to sell the other new one for $382, as well... And that is a very good deal on the ipaq at hp.com with educational/government discount, if you qualify :). Mike P.S. Versus the Axim X3i, which IMO is a very good unit, the Ipaq is lighter...

    Ipaq H4155, $382.49 @BB B&M, YMMV may be OOS

Hey Everybody, STolen from the brighthand forums, and from personal purchase. the Ipaq h4155 is on clearance (or so they say) at Best Buy B&M for 382.49. Normal price $450. Includies SDIO and built in Wi-Fi (which is supposed to be very good). Pretty darn hot deal, if you want an excellent...

    P4 2.6c AI7 Overclock

yeah, the is7/IC7 should both work well for you... Buuut... The outpost.com price is okay for the is7, but the fry's in store price is $120, not a good deal... The iC7 for $140 at pc club isn't exactly a good price either... they charge restockign fee, so you might just want to newegg or zzf...

    P4 2.6c AI7 Overclock

is7/ic7 and their variants, as well as the p4p800 seem to be good choices for hitting 300 or near 300 fsb... I'm currently testing out a new 2.4C m0 chip at 288 with an is7 currently. Duvie seems to get great results using IC7's. mike

what are you using for CPU cooling? mike

    P4 2.6c AI7 Overclock

well, offhand, unless you're using extreme cooling, the latest 2.6 Stepping is a D1, and you can probably squeeze out 3.4ghz out of the chip, but it isn't likely to hit 300fsb with a 2.6C. now, if you can find a 2.4C m0 or 2.8C m0 chip (Stepping codes SL6Z3 and SL6Z5 respectively), your chances...

    P4 2.6c AI7 Overclock

300 in fsb? with a 2.4C or similiar chip? (A 2.4C @300fsb = 3.6ghz, 2.8C @ 300fsb is 4ghz, the prior being much more easily attainable, but still not always a given). There's a handful of poeple that have, however, gotten a 2.8C M0 chip to around 3.8-4.0Ghz range Mike
