I've honestly tried to figure this one out myself and I put my ear up to each individual fan and they're quiet. But as a whole the system is just noisy as if the fans are loud I really don't know. NZXT fans aren't particularly good quality so that could be it. This is why I'm thinking about...
First of all I am a huge newb, anyway I did a budget build last summer it consists of...mATX asus mobo with AMD phenom II X3 720 BE, corsair CX500 psu, and an AMD 5770. The CPU cooler is the corsair H60 I have running only push configuration, all of this is put into a NZXT phantom becuase I...
We just switched to onboard graphics and everything is alright, but that doesn't explain why it was working during the windows setup... It's a asus mobo...i gotta check but g skill ram 4 gigs, not SSD its just a regular 3.0gb/s 500 hitachi hd and a 650 watt OCZ psu we're gonna try and put in the...
Just built a computer last night around this http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...4KlhQuxgf78HhA video card, thought it was a good deal. Now here's the issue, boot up was fine installation of windows 7 was went fine. At this point there were NO artifacts whatsoever. But all of a sudden it...
I am staying with the same mobo company so if I do switch I don't need to reinstall the software? Or?? Sounds really too easy to be true I'm hoping you're right!
I was installing my old mATX mobo in a new case and neglected to read the instructions and tried to fit it in without putting screws...
Currently I run a mATX m4a78LT-M mobo from ASUS, I like the brand and am thinking about going to a full ATX M4A87TD. However the mATX board I have supported 3gb/s SATA while the new one supports 6 GB/s SATA, would this hard drive still work on the new mobo? Or do I need to get a new hard drive...
We should all hold a grudge against the modern warfare series and this is why, I personally never bought another EA game after the sims because they released 50 different expansion packs. How difficult is it to program an expansion pack and market it for another 30 dollars? it's ridiculous, call...
correction, 3.5 was not stable and neither was 3.4 after running more prime95. I don't know what to do at this point, except suggest maybe I should try unlocking a 4th core? I pressed 4 for the "core unlocker" in the asus mobo but it said it had failed. Is there any other way to unlock a...
I got it to 3.4 with 1.4V stable, however the second I up the multiplier to 3.5 and keep it at 1.4V, it fails prime 95 it doesn't out-right bsod but one of the cores doesn't continue to function. Any ideas?
My corsair builders series cx500 makes that noise when I turn off the computer indefinitely...I am a newbie and was under the impression corsair made good psu's? So far so good with the coil whining noises, but should I be afraid of a failed psu soon?
