No, no lights at all. Totally dead

I think mines just dead. I left it on the charger all night (known good charger) but when I try to connect with the app it just doesn't see it from any of my devices. I hope they'll replace it

Mine just arrived too. But I can't make it work. Are there supposed to be leds that light up? I put it in the little USB dealy and plug it into a win 8 laptop but nothings happens. I don't see anything in Device manager, no beeps, etc. Anyone have any clues to help clueless me?
