So what would I do to make sure any and all dust is out? Also if it is the heatsink failing, is there a way to fix that? The whole issue was that my laptop never really used my gpu to it's full extent. I did notice that by enabling the laptop to use the gpu to it's full extent the temperatures...
I have noticed the past month or so that my HP laptop has been losing some of it's performance. Now granted it's not much of a gaming pc, but with the right settings it does just fine, and I've had to turn the settings down further. A 3DMark test tells me that it's my videocard being the issue...
