well i put on Realtemp as well and it seems that core temp is giving a 5c higher reading then Realtemp.
Realtemp also identifies my cpu as its correct Q8200.
Coretemp(0.99.3) detects it as a q9200.
I noticed that the Tj. Max is 100c on coretemp and 95c on realtemp, whats up with that ? ...
well at stock 2.33(7x333) cpuz reports 1.208v and core temp sits on 60c for all 4 cores
when using auto for voltages and putting the fsb at 400x7@2.8 it goes up to 1.35v core and 1.3v for the fsb and windows will load although prime95 crashes almost right away
I just purchased my new Q8200 instead of purchasing a Q6600 cos i didnt think about the multiplier.
Q8200 has a low 7X multi which kinda sux, Q6600 has a 9X which makes it easier to oc on a lower bus.
i have an evga 750i and 2gb kingston 1066 ddr2
Cooling is Ultra 120 with a 120mm fan on...
