    pin mod for e4300

Now that would be the ticket.....pretty cheap.....we have a radio shack downtown....I will pick some up on my way home from work. I just sent a PD805 chip back to NewEgg......I was surprised how little affect it had over my current system (Athlon Barton XP3200). It actually booted up slower than...

    pin mod for e4300

AkumaX...yeah, I have downloaded that picture but I didn't read anywhere if BSEL2 needed to be isolated or not....from what I have read it looks like BSEL1 needs to be isolated on the CPU, but BSEL1 needs to be connected to VSS on the motherboard side. In affect H30 Isolated from CPU.....H30...

    FRY's B&M e4300 + ECS Mobo - $149+tax

Asrock 775Dual-VSTA Users Check Your Northbridge PT880 Pro or Ultra

Hmmm...that's interesting... There aren't to many folks who will pull their NB Sink off and actually look.....so that really has my interest peaked....Yeah, It sounds like the Pro version PT880 is just Overclocked and the Ultra PT880 is actually certified to run at the faster FSB...

Asrock 775Dual-VSTA Users Check Your Northbridge PT880 Pro or Ultra

Thanks for the input...I have been lurking around many forums and some have said that after pulling their heatsink....that an Ultra chip is on the board. Maybe they are shipping the new chips out now.....hoping to here from others who have just bought their boards in the last couple of weeks....

I emailed ASROCK and they promptly replied telling me that this motherboard would be available in the United States around March 1st....not sure why they are waiting so long to get the board over here. I too would be interested to see if they are actually shipping the current boards with the...

    ECS K7VZA --- no AGP..

Just wanted to agree with the last post. I have the K7VZA board rev.1.2 and I had the same exact problem. I was reading the ECS posts and found that this is a common problem on these boards. I felt pretty silly when I REALLY looked at how the AGP card was going in the slot. It appears that these...
