I screwed up a setting in my bios and now it won't boot how do I reset the bios to the default or back to my orginal. I tried to use the "insert" key but it didn't do anything. Do I have to do something with the cmos jumper? Thanks

Well I threw in a IDE controller and the card finds it but then the system freezes after it shows the specs on the harddrive and says IDE BUS Master Enabled but then freezes. Anyone have any ideas
