Wouldn't you need Hydravision to have one large desktop, where you can drag windows back and forth between monitors screens?

Sometimes I think hell will freeze over before someone makes a dual DVI out card that's a real upgrade to a Geforce 4. (That is, Radeon 9800/Geforce FX 5900 level).

Tyan Tachyon 9600Pro still is slower than my year-old Gainward GF 4 4600 in most tests (except with 4xAA etc). Only a Radeon 9700/9800 Pro or GF FX 5900 is a real upgrade... unfortunately, no 2 DVI versions exist. So $300-$500 still sits in my bank account, earning .75 interest :/

Yes there is a huge difference between analog and DVI, especially for text. Running analog and dvi next to each other is too horrible to comtemplate.
