I wouldn't buy this mouse. It has problems tracking when quickly brought in and out of contact with your mousing surface. No other Logitech mice have this problem (as far as I know). I would wait til they perfect the technology a bit before you buy this one.

Yeah, customers at large probably wouldn't ask for any specific kind of chip. Most of them just want a computer that will do what they tell it to do.

Well, I like the idea of this mouse alot. Real, robust precision across many possible reading surfaces. But I HATE cordless pointing devices. Does anyone know if microsoft is going to incorporate this technology or if logitech is going to release a corded version of this mouse?
