my old firewall software used to block the ads aswell. If you have a firewall running try looking at its settings. I thought blocking ads was a good thing? I am sorry but i have no clue what would be happening with your task manager.

I agree with pengiun, Definetly check for a firmware update for your router. It is a very simple process. If you dont know where to go for this, post your router model.

Looks very good dude. I definetly reccomend maybe a 500watt PSU, the one you linked is only a 400watt. The 6800gt card like to eat that power. Everything looks good man, good luck with your build ;).

I had the same problem. Does windows automatically restart when you boot up? If so post the error you get before it restarts. You can view the errors by hitting f8 before it trys to boot windows and hit "do not restart if there is an error."
