The last goaltender IN THE NHL, to wear the "Jason Mask" was Mario Lessard, who played his entire career with the Los Angeles Kings.
He was drafted in 1974, by the Kings in the NHL draft, and also by the Quebec Nordiques in the WHA draft. He retired after the 1984 season.
