The situation is bad enough without all of the hassle I have received from buy.com. They have been anything but helpful, they wouldn't cross-ship a replcecment, they wouldn't issue a call tag pickup, and they HAVE NOT CREDITED MY MONEY. This is just unbelievable to me. BE WARNED.
