    @Dan- I think you probably will have issues. I was putting mine together last night (E6600 and 2GB of 6400 G.Skill memory, F2-6400CL4D as I recall). I had OS installed and everything running ok except that the memory would drop down to lower speeds and I got that wierd "CPU uCode Error"...
