I have Corsair CMX 512 MB DDR PC 2700. I want to know how much I can overlock and what settings to I use.

I just built a computer and I was wondering if someone can help me out with overclocking my system? I have a AMD XP 1600+ AGOIA w/ Abit AX7-333R, the Heatsink is an Alpha PAL 8045 w/ Delta 80X38mm FFB0812SHE. I an new at overclocking and wanted advice from people who know how it's done. Thanks.
