Hi guys. I don't know if this is a great deal or not, but I've been in the market for about at least a month for a laptop since a tragic incident with my Presario 1720's LCD. I haven't been looking at Toshiba's much because as far as I understand they're generally a more expensive brand...

Man... BB in Manchester CT said they had 2 in stock earlier today, went down there about an hour ago and the Sales guy *insisted* that I could order it online, for $1149 with $350 worth of rebates, and said they were OOS in the store... too bad....

Looks like the thing is OOS now =( , I hope they get some in pretty soon...
