Well, I removed the HDD and DVDROM and it powered up to the POST screen. I put the HDD back in and it doesn't start up again. I take the HDD out again, but not it won't start even with it out.

Yea, my 610 does get pretty hot around the cpu area on the bottom, but it's manageable. The 620's do look good for the price in the outlet store
