    Watercooling for MSI gtx 760?

I've been running an AIO system on my GTX680 for the last 2+ years. I highly recommend them, however, you need to add heastsinks to VRMs. Easy enough to tell where you need them, just look for what the factory heatsink has cooling (pads?) and , excluding memory(which really needs no cooling) and...

    R9 390X Cooling

I've got a pair of R9 290's with Kraken G10/AIO's in a modded NZXT Source case. The CPU is also cooled by an AIO. Both R9 290's draw through the front, CPU draws from back. 2 - 140's draw air out on top of case. It's not that hard, people........

Best Gaming GPU for $350 or Less

Running R9 290 on 2560x1440@1040/1500. Runs EVERYTHING I throw at it @ 70+FPS with everything turned on......BTW, picked this up on ebay for $200. Was a stock card, so I installed a cheap Thermatake Pro AIO using a Kraken G10. Picked up R9 290 VRM heatsinks for $14 at the Egg. Run at stock...

    Think I'm screwed

If it has 2 PCIe connecter...then you NEED both hooked up, otherwise....no video! FYI do you have a PCIe to molinex adapter - card usually comes with 1. Try using it - if you have - to connect to other PCIe connector. Might solve your problems - at least you should get video signal.... If you...

Buy R9 290/780 now or wait for new generation in 2 months?

Picked up a used r9 290 on ebay for $215.00. Got a Krakin G10 for $25.00(onsale $30 normal)and GELID Solutions CL-R9290-01-A R9 290 Series VRM Cooling Enhancement Kit from the egg for $14.00. Already had a AIO to use, now have quiet R9 290 @1040/1500 - with no throttling.......

770 vs. 280x to replace misbehaving MSI 670

OK, here's something to consider. Bought a XFX R9 290 off ebay for $210. Bought a Kraken g10 for $30 and Giel heatsink set for $14. Had an old thermaltake Water AIO. Runs 1040/1550 @60c and is very quiet....... Just a thought.......

Ghetto Water Mod: Taming Crossfire R290s

No...you are wrong. I've got the rev. 1 and you need to do serious mods to it. While the screwholes look like they are close, they are not. The front of the fins need to be ground off AND the contact point is too small, making you grind off each side to sit flat.....Got a rev 2 i'm gonna replace...

new bracket for GPU liquid cooling

Um..absolutely I changed the fans. The Antec 620 controls the fan with a 3 pin connection. I use fans that max out at 1000 rpm. They are inaudable. That's why both systems run about 65C onder full usage - not counting Furmark(I Don't use). I will be using a Thermatake Water 2.0 on my R9...

new bracket for GPU liquid cooling

One of the great things about this is you can get a quiet fan. I run fans on both my GTX680 & HD7970 at 800 - 1000 rpm..... very quiet but still runs under 65C overclocked.Yes, you can run a faster fan and get lower temps...your choice. Both have been running great for over a year.
