i keep plug it when it turn off, but it get hot (i turn it off but it get hot) that's why i am confuse. i had asked the store where i bought it, they said i must unplug it from electricity, but i don't think so, cause when i plug my PowerPro 600VA it doesn't get hot, that's why i need some opinion

i had UPS (Power Pro 600VA) before, it didn't get hot when it off and plug-in electricity i bought a new one (Power Pro 1200VA) but it get hot even when it off and plug-in electricity is it ok?
