Looks like it's dead. My checkout only shows the %12 off now and not the additional $40 off. It is still good at $352 but $312 would have been nicer.

The HD signifies that it is the newer MSI model with HDCP. HDCP is a copy protection scheme that will be needed to allow your computer to play HD DVD's and Blueray discs etc. It probably won't be used until Vista. The link was probably meant to be a 7300LE like this one at newegg 7300LE...
